Grievance Levels. 3.041 LEVEL ONE (INFORMAL—PRINCIPAL OR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR): A teacher with a grievance will first discuss it with his/her principal or immediate supervisor with the objective of resolving the matter informally. In this meeting the grievant may, at his/her discretion, be accompanied by a representative of the Association.
