Grievance Levels. Step 1. Any employee having a grievance shall discuss the matter with her immediate Administrator within ten (10) school days after the Employee had knowledge or reasonably should have had knowledge of the event leading to the grievance. Every effort for an informal resolution shall be made in a good faith attempt to resolve the problem.
