Where an employee has asked to be represented by the Union in relation to the presentation of a grievance and a Shop Xxxxxxx or Union Committee member wishes to discuss the grievance with that employee, the employee and the Shop Xxxxxxx shall, where operational requirements permit, be given reasonable time off without loss of pay for this purpose when the discussion takes place at the worksite.
