Common use of Grievance Investigations Clause in Contracts

Grievance Investigations. The MEA UniServ Director and/or his/her designee shall have access to the premises of the school district at reasonable times to investigate grievances and other problems with which they are concerned. These representatives shall first notify the Assistant Superintendent Employee Services or the Superintendent of Schools, in the absence of the Assistant Superintendent for Employee Services, before going anywhere in the school district and receive his/her permission to do so, provided such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
