Grievance Filing. An employee who alleges that the instructional assignment has 150 been imposed arbitrarily or unreasonably may file a grievance under the Grievance 151 Procedures Article only to enforce the exclusive Assignment Dispute Resolution (ADR) 152 procedure delineated below, not to seek a determination as to whether an instructional 153 assignment has been arbitrarily or unreasonably imposed.
