Grievance Conference. (1) If the grievance proceeds to a grievance conference, the University Grievance Officer and the UPI Chapter Grievance Representative (or the grievant if the grievant is representing himself/herself) shall jointly prepare a report of fact- finding related to the grievance. If the University Grievance Officer and the UPI Chapter Grievance Representative (or the grievant if the grievant is representing himself/herself) cannot agree on a single report of fact-finding, the University Grievance Officer and the UPI Chapter Grievance Representative (or the grievant if the grievant is representing him/herself) shall prepare independent reports of fact-finding. The report(s) shall also include descriptions of the efforts of the informal grievance resolution process. Copies of documents referred to in the report(s) shall be attached to the report(s). Copies of the independent report(s) shall be exchanged, the Chapter Grievance Representative’s report (or that of the grievant if the grievant is representing him/herself) to be provided to the University Grievance Officer, and the University Grievance Officer’s report to be provided to the Chapter Grievance Representative (or to the grievant if the grievant is representing himself/herself) not less than three working days prior to the grievance conference.

Grievance Conference. A conference shall be arranged as necessary between the plant committee and the Parts Distribution Centre Manager or the Parts Distribution Centre Manager's designated representative for the consideration of appealed grievances prior to the Parts Distribution Centre Manager or said designated representative submitting a written decision. The Company will pay for time spent on such conferences by employee members of the plant committee. The National representative of the Union and/or the President of the Local provided such President is an employee of the Company or additional members of the Company Management may attend such conference.

Grievance Conference a. Step 1. Within seven (7) days of receipt of the written grievance by the Facility, the Union, the employee, and the Department Manager or Chief Clinical Officer or his or her designee shall meet and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Additional meetings may be scheduled by agreement. Within ten (10) calendar days after the meeting, the Manager or her/his designee shall respond to any grievance in writing regarding the Employer’s decision. Such response shall be to the Union.

  • Labor Management Conferences The Union and the Employer mutually agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, meetings shall be held between Union and Employer representatives when appropriate.
