GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE MEMBERS. A. The Association will notify the Employer, in writing, of the name of not more than three (3) employees from the Association who are designated by the Association to represent employees under the grievance procedure. Employees designated by the Association will be permitted to confer with other Association representatives regarding matters of differences during working hours without loss of pay by agreement with his/her immediate Supervisor.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period.
