Grievance Committee Meetings. Meetings of the Joint Grievance Committee provided for in the Second Step of the grievance procedure shall start not later than 2:00 p.m. on the day which they are scheduled. The Union committee members, not to exceed two (2) in number, shall be paid their straight time hourly rate of pay for all time away from their regularly scheduled work to attend such meetings. The Employer shall be promptly notified who shall be members of the Union grievance committee and any changes therein.
Grievance Committee Meetings. The union grievance committee generally holds a regular monthly meeting with the Human Resources Manager and such other representatives of the company as the latter may designate. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss grievances which have been submitted on the agenda and to also discuss subjects of common interest which have been submitted on the agenda by the representatives of either one of the parties and any pertinent data will be reviewed. Meetings, other than the regular monthly meeting, in order to discuss grievances will be held within a maximum delay of five (5) working days of the receipt of the request. Minutes of each meeting will be given to all committee members. Answers required by either party on matters other than grievances which were raised on the agenda and discussed at the meeting with the grievance committee shall be given in writing within eight (8) working days following the meeting. Answers required by the company on grievances which were raised on the agenda and discussed at the meeting with the grievance committee shall be given in conformity paragraph 9.04.
Grievance Committee Meetings. Meetings of the Grievance Committee may be called at reasonable intervals by the Committee members and may be called at any reasonable time by the Sheriff, Human Resources Director or their designees.
Grievance Committee Meetings. Meetings of the Grievance Committee shall be held at times suitable to the operation of the business, by arrangement between the Plant Manager and the Unit Chairperson of the Local Union. The Company will pay the aggrieved employee concerned and the members of the Grievance Committee at their applicable rates for time spent at meetings of the Grievance Committee with management representatives.
Grievance Committee Meetings. Meetings of the grievance committee shall be held with management at times suitable to the operation of the business, by arrangement between management and the chief xxxxxxx or unit chairperson of the local union. All time spent at these meetings shall be considered time worked for pay purposes and the company agrees to pay the members of the grievance committee and the aggrieved employee required to attend such meetings at their regular rate for time spent at such meetings. An aggrieved employee, who is dismissed, suspended or laid off shall not be paid for time spent at such meetings unless the management decision is not upheld.
Grievance Committee Meetings. There shall be a Grievance Committee consisting of two members designated by the Union. At the request of either party, meetings between the Grievance Committee and representatives of the Employer shall be held and minutes kept.

Grievance Committee Meetings b) The Company agrees to recognize the CWS Committee containing three union members. The Company shall pay employee Committee members their appropriate rate for the time spent during CWS Committee Meetings.
Grievance Committee Meetings. The Grievance Committee will meet with management on the second (2nd) Wednesday of each month to adjust grievances. Changes in schedule or multiple meetings in a single month shall occur only by mutual agreement of both Parties. The Company will pay Grievance Committee members for time spent meeting with management or for time spent preparing for grievance meetings.
Grievance Committee Meetings. The grievance committee shall be permitted to meet at the police station for the purpose of processing a grievance. Members of the committee who are on duty shall be permitted to attend the meeting without loss of pay, provided the shift commander has been advised in advance and the meeting does not adversely impact the operations of the department. In the event of an emergency, officers on duty shall respond to the emergency. Meetings shall not exceed forty-five (45) minutes in duration.
