Grievance and Appeals Procedure. The Executive has been notified where a copy is available for inspection of the Company's Grievance Procedure which may be updated from time to time by the Company. The Executive is entitled to 26 working days weeks holidays with pay - see Clause 8 of the Agreement. The Executive's entitlement to holiday will accrue pro rata through each calendar year or part thereof of employment. On the cessation of employment for whatsoever reason an adjustment shall be made to the final payment of salary to the Executive by way of additional payment of salary in respect of holidays accrued if appropriate.
