GREEN DEAL. 4.8.1 To confirm that the Tenant has been provided with full written details of any Green Deal finance in accordance with the Section 12(2)(b) of the Energy Act 2011 and Green Deal (Disclosure) Regulations 2012 prior to the start of the Tenancy.
GREEN DEAL. 3.4.1 To pay all Green Deal finance payments where applicable, with the energy service provider during and at the end of the Tenancy. The Tenant acknowledges that certain terms of the Green Deal plan that have been disclosed to the Tenant prior to the start of the Tenancy are binding on the Tenant for the Term of the Tenancy.
GREEN DEAL. 15.1 We are not a Green Deal Licensee and are not permitted to supply electricity to any Property which is subject to a Green Deal plan. You agree to let Us know before agreeing on the Contract with Us if this is the case. This Contract will not apply to any Property which is subject to a Green Deal plan and We will not be obliged to supply electricity to that Property.
GREEN DEAL. Green Deal is a Government scheme that means a property can have energy-saving improvements fitted which are then paid for through the electricity bills for that property. If your property has a Green Deal, you're responsible for paying the Green Deal charges. We'll collect these through your bills and pay them to your Green Deal provider. If you pay in advance, we'll collect the charges through your meter. Green Deal charges aren't included in the prices we agree with you when you switch to us or switch to a different tariff. We'll contact you about those charges as soon as we know what they are.
GREEN DEAL. The Property is not subject to a green deal plan as defined in Section 1 of the Energy Act 2011.
GREEN DEAL. I/We confirm that there is no existence of a Green Deal at the Property.
