Grease Trap. Tenant shall contract for, in its own name, and shall pay for a qualified service contractor to inspect, clean and repair such grease trap at such intervals as may be required by tenant’s use, but in no event less frequently than once a month and in all events pursuant to regulations established by the health department and equipment specifications. Within three (3) days after Xxxxxxxx’s request, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a copy of the inspection and service report for such grease trap.
