Grazing Season. [For each year during the Agreement Term (as defined below),]5 the grazing season during which the services described in Section 1 shall be performed (the “Grazing Season”) shall commence on [grazing season begin date]6 (the “Season Commencement Date”) and shall end on [grazing season end date]7 (the “Season End Date”). [For each year during the Agreement Term,] 8 Sheep Xxxxxx shall deliver sheep to the Solar Site on the Season Commencement Date and shall promptly remove all sheep from the Solar Site no later than the Season End Date. The Parties may agree in writing to modify the Grazing Season [for any year during the Agreement Term] 9. In the event that the Grazing Season is shortened or extended, the Parties may agree in writing to modifications to the fee and payment schedule.

  • Television Equipment Recycling If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Vendor Encouraging Members to bypass TIPS agreement Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor or through another agreement, when the Member has requested using the TIPS cooperative Agreement or price, and thereby bypassing the TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

  • Tandem Switched Transport 7.3.4.2.1 For traffic delivered through a CenturyLink or CLEC tandem Switch (as defined in the Agreement), the Parties agree that, because this State is a new market for CLEC, tandem switched transport functions for Exchange Service (EAS/Local) non-transit traffic shall be compensated based upon the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Xxxx and keep will apply to both the tandem switching rate and the tandem transmission rate. Xxxx and keep shall govern compensation for such traffic exchanged by the Parties in this State until the earlier of: (1) the expiration of the Agreement, or (2) further action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or a court of competent jurisdiction, vacates, replaces, modifies, or supersedes the applicable rules adopted in Order on Remand and Report and Order, CC Docket Nos. 96-98, 00-00, XXX 00-000 (xxx.
