Graphics. Landlord shall provide and install, at Landlord’s cost, all letters or numerals on entrance doors to the Leased Premises. All such letters and numerals shall be in the Building standard graphics, and no others shall be used or permitted on the Leased Premises.

In addition, Landlord shall maintain a directory board in the lobby of the Building and provide reasonable identification of Tenant at Tenant's expense.
Graphics physical models and presentation boards requested in writing by City in excess of those which are to be provided under this Agreement. These costs shall not exceed the amount noted in attached Scope/Budget without further approval of City.
Graphics. Landlord shall provide and install, at Tenant's cost, any suite numbers and Tenant identification on the exterior of the Premises using the standard graphics for the Building. Tenant shall not be permitted to install any signs or other identification without Landlord's prior written consent.

Tenant shall not erect or install any sign or other type display whatsoever, either upon the exterior of the Building, upon or in any window, or in any lobby, without the prior express written consent of Landlord. The color and fabric of the lining of all drapes or, if unlined, the draperies themselves which Tenant desires to place on exterior windows or openings of the Building must be approved by Landlord prior to their installation so that a uniform color appearance may be preserved from the exterior of the Building. Landlord agrees to furnish a directory of the names and locations of its tenants and to install and maintain the same at a convenient location in the lobby of the Building. The initial listing of the name and room number of the Tenant shall be furnished without charge. The listings of additional names or room numbers and changes or revisions of listings shall be made by Landlord at the cost of Tenant.

Graphics. The Landlord shall provide the suite number for the New Premises, using the Landlord's standard type for the Building. Any additional lettering requested by the Tenant shall conform to such standard type and shall be provided at the Tenant's expense.

Landlord shall provide and install, at Tenant’s cost, all letters or numerals on doors in the Premises; all such letters and numerals shall be in the standard graphics for the Building and no others shall be used or permitted on the Premises without Landlord’s prior written consent. Tenant shall have the right to designate one (1) name on the directory board in the lobby of the Building. Landlord shall have the option to maintain, in place of the directory board in the lobby of the Building, a computerized directory with display screen which has the capacity to accommodate Tenant’s name designation.
Graphics. Electronic art file for sign panel shall be provided by the Construction Manager. Graphic elements otherwise specified may include (but are not necessarily limited to) proportionate letter size, letter spacing, letter shape (font), letter color(s), background color(s), choice of any additional characters, icons, or borders and their proportionate size, shape, specific location and color(s). Submit shop drawings to the PLCB for final approval.
