Graphic Design. Creatively design communications and promotional products including logos, graphs, covers, posters, etc.; • Spearhead the layout, typesetting and preparation of electronic and print information materials, such as publications, policy briefs, booklets and CD-ROMs; • In consultation with authors and other relevant staff, establish illustrative requirements to meet communications objectives; prepare submission schedules for various communications products (e.g., periodicals, books, posters, newsletters, pamphlets and other material); • Assist academic units in the planning, design, production and scheduling of graphic material; providing technical support for the design, layout, and make-up of individual pages of various communications products, using relevant desktop publishing tools; • Gather information for articles or features; take photographs and create/edit graphics, develop this material prior to preparation of final proofs; • Provide technical support in graphic/AV design on developing e-learning courses; • Determine specifications for size, paper, typesetting, layout, illustrations, colours, etc.; and • Assist in the development and maintenance of a storage and retrieval system for artwork and print components (e.g. mock ups, galleys, camera-ready mechanicals, colour key and separations, printer’s films, stripped flats and plates, etc.).

Graphic Design. WeaverWorx does not provide printing services. The Client must enter into an agreement directly with the printer of own choice. The Client must provide WeaverWorx with the printer’s contact details at the start of the Design Project. WeaverWorx will contact the printer to obtain written instructions/guidelines and printing requirements relevant to the Design Project. A Design Project will only be released once it has been approved by the Client in writing, therefore WeaverWorx is not liable for any print errors.

Graphic Design. Vendors will be required to provide a full range of high-quality, visually attractive graphic design services, including but not limited to planning, designing, developing, revising, executing, and otherwise producing required communications materials and products. Vendors will be required to coordinate product development with the Government to ensure that Federal standards and expectations are met and that any and all products conform to the desired specifications.
Graphic Design. The design of the printed materials was based on the project visual identity and graphic guidelines described in Section 5. In short, we aimed to define a graphic identity that is at the same time distinctive and fitting to the subject matter of the project. On the other hand, a strong graphic statement that is simple, easy to identify, and based on universal proportions that allows the use of the same design/theme for both dissemination and networking. This strong visual identity was consistently ‘declined’ in the various print designs, as detailed in the next paragraph. These considerations translate into cost and labour savings for the project, especially with a view to its future upkeep/sustainability. Another cost-saving consideration is the idea of designing templates for brochures and posters that the partners will be able to easily fill in and print locally as the need arises (see Sections below).
Graphic Design. Xxxxx Xxxxxx Technology must receive all necessary logos, photographs, and text from the client, in order to complete the client’s website. Xxxxx Xxxxxx Technology will scan any photographs and logo designs used in the website at no additional cost to the client.
