Common use of Grants Clause in Contracts

The City shall deliver to the Union a summary of any proposed grant agreement no later than sixty (60) days prior to the submission of the proposed grant agreement to any departmental commission or other approving authority for authorization to enter into any such agreement, the essential services of which could be performed by XXXX-represented classifications.
