Common use of Grants, Rights and Remedies Clause in Contracts

Grants, Rights and Remedies. The Lien and security interest granted pursuant to Section 3.01(a) hereof and administrative priority granted pursuant to Section 3.02 hereof are independently granted by this Agreement and by the other Tranche A Revolving Loan Documents hereafter entered into. This Agreement, the Final Bankruptcy Court Order and such other Tranche A Revolving Loan Documents supplement each other, and the grants, priorities, rights and remedies of the Agent and the Tranche A Lenders hereunder and thereunder are cumulative.
