Grantor Recognition. Subrecipient shall insure recognition of the role of the County in providing services through this Contract. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Contract shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, Subrecipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Contract. Subrecipient will retain documentation of such recognition, which shall be available for periodic monitoring by representatives of County or HUD.

All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. Such labeling and/or reference shall include the following credit line: "Funding for programs or projects of this agency has been provided in part by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program through the City of Fort Xxxxxxx."

Specifically, the Developer must comply with the grantor recognition requirements as determined by the IEDA.

All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this contract shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the CDC will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this contract.
Grantor Recognition. All activities, facilities, and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as CDBG funded. In addition, Habitat will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Agreement. XI ASSIGNABILITY Habitat shall not assign or transfer any interest in this Agreement without the prior written approval of the City. Any assignment made without such consent shall be void. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the parties hereto.

Grant recipient shall visibly display on all finished grant projects (publications, websites and other significantly visible project activities) Travel Oregon’s logo along with the acknowledgement: “This project has been funded in part by a grant from Travel Oregon.” Travel Oregon will work with grant recipient to ensure proper usage and placement of the Travel Oregon logo.
