Organizations that fail to submit required documentation in a timely manner may jeopardize future grants and/or grant payments. Should you need a due date extension, please forward your request, prior to the due date, to xxxxx.xxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx with the requirement type (e.g. Progress Report, Final Report, etc.), an explanation for your request (including the reason for the anticipated delay) and your preferred new due date.

Grantee Requirements. The Grantee must: Ensure compliance with all requirements under this Contract and services in accordance with Attachment G. Comply with HHSC rules, policies, Contract requirements, and applicable instruction manuals regarding the collection and timely submission of complete and accurate data. Ensure that personnel paid from the funds received as a result of this Contract are duly licensed and/or qualified to perform the required services, if applicable to the position or services being rendered. Hire and maintain adequate staff or subcontractors to provide services throughout the term of this Contract. Grantee will develop, implement, and maintain program management systems including, but not limited to: (i) accurate, auditable, correct and complete records of service access and service delivery; (ii) oversight of program’s compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and regulations; (iii) oversight of the program’s required performance standards and measures; and (iv) systems to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources to deliver services. Grantee must develop a sex trafficking prevention needs assessment program that meets the following funding match requirements: Obtain committed matching funds which may include cash or in-kind contributions from a person or organization, this may not include money from state or federal funds. Non-state or federal sourced funding may include gifts, grants, or donations from any person or organization. The match must equal to 100 percent of the grant amount; Report all cash and in-kind match used to support the grant program; and Provide evidence of committed match in accordance with Section .24, Subpart C, Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS). HHSC Monitoring The Grantee and any subcontractors associated with this Contract agree to permit on-site monitoring visits and desk reviews, as deemed necessary by HHSC to review all financial or other records and management control systems relevant to the provision of goods and services under this Contract. The Grantee will include this requirement in any subcontract associated with this Contract. The Grantee will notify HHSC: Within twenty-four (24) hours, if at any time the Grantee is not in compliance with the provisions of this Contract.   • Grantee Recognition The Subrecipient shall insure recognition of the role of the Grantee in providing services through this Agreement. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the Subrecipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Agreement.

  • Employee Requirements The employee must have enrolled, elected to defer, and in fact deferred a qualifying amount during the calendar year, to qualify for the match.

  • Grantee Repayment System Agency may withhold payments to Grantee to satisfy any recoupment or liquidated damage imposed by System Agency under this Article. System Agency may take repayment from funds available under this Contract, active or expired, or any subsequent renewal, in amounts necessary to fulfill Grantee’s repayment obligations.

  • Grantee Remedies In the event Agency is in default under Section 15.2 and whether or not Grantee elects to terminate this Grant, Grantee’s sole monetary remedy will be, within any limits set forth in this Grant, reimbursement of Project activities completed and accepted by Agency and authorized expenses incurred, less any claims Agency has against Grantee. In no event will Agency be liable to Grantee for any expenses related to termination of this Grant or for anticipated profits.

Notice is hereby given to the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT, and both agree, that failure to carry out the requirements set forth in 49 CFR Sec. 26.13(b) shall constitute a breach of this Contract and, after notification and failure to promptly cure such breach, may result in termination of this Contract or such remedy as INDOT deems appropriate. The referenced section requires the following assurance to be included in all subsequent contracts between the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT: The CONSULTANT, sub recipient or SUB-CONSULTANT shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this Contract. Failure by the CONSULTANT to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this Contract, which may result in the termination of this Contract or such other remedy, as INDOT, as the recipient, deems appropriate.

  • Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.

  • Employee Requests To reduce the impact of a layoff, an employee may request a voluntary layoff, leave without pay, a reduction in compensation, reduction in hours of work, or movement to a funded, vacant exempt position for which the employee is qualified. If it is necessary to limit the number of employees who are on unpaid leave at the same time, the President, reporting Vice President, or designee, in consultation with the Associate Vice President for Human Resource Services and/or designee, will determine who will be granted a leave without pay and/or reduction in hours based upon business and staffing needs. The decision regarding whether to move an employee to a vacant exempt position is discretionary with the College.
