GRANT REVIEW. 6.1. The Lead Authority and the Secretary of State will review the Grant during the delivery of the Project Activities and at the conclusion of a Project. The Lead Authority and the Secretary of State will take into account the Project Deliverer’s delivery of the Project Activities against the agreed outputs set out for the Project in Annex 2 in accordance with paragraph 7 of these Conditions.
GRANT REVIEW. 6.1. The Department will review the Grant annually. It will take into account the Grantee’s delivery of the Project against the Agreed Outputs and the Project Timetable. As part of each annual review the Department will review the reports produced by the Grantee in accordance with Condition 7.
GRANT REVIEW. 16.1 The Authority will review the Grant at the end of each Financial Year during the Funding Period. The review will include a financial reconciliation and will take into account the Recipient’s delivery of the Activities and its achievement of the Outcomes.

GRANT REVIEW. Xx. Xxxxx added this to the agenda to discuss the upcoming grant awarding. Xx. Xxxxxxx stated the next meeting is May 18 and there is a following meeting on June 15. Grants are due at the end of the day on May 4. Mr. Xxxxxx suggested that in between May 4 and May 18 that the Board Members can score the grants and bring them with them to the meeting for presentations, more discussion can be made on May 18 as well and possibly award then. He stated that there may be a need for a follow up meeting after the May 18 meeting, but June 15 could be too late if the Board is not in agreement. The scoring matrix will be sent out to the Board. The agencies will present on May 18 and Xx. Xxxxx will work with Xx. Xxxxxxx to create a schedule for agencies presenting. Mr. Xxxxxx suggested the Board can even create the framework for what they expect to hear in those presentations. Xx. Xxxxx suggested this be an in-person meeting and be two hours.
GRANT REVIEW. 6.1. The Authority will review the Grant every 3 months of the Grant period (being a “Review Period”). The Authority will take into account the Grant Recipient’s delivery of the Funded Activities against the agreed outputs set out in Annex 6 of these Conditions by the Grant Recipient in accordance with paragraph 7.2 of these Conditions.
