GRANT PERFORMANCE PERIOD. A. All work performed must be completed during the grant performance period from October 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. No expenditure reports for work completed after December 31, 2024 will be paid.

GRANT PERFORMANCE PERIOD. ‌ The end of the performance period for the FY2018 LE SHSP is March 30, 2021. All equipment must be received and installed as well as the final cash draw-downs must be submitted by the end of the performance period. No funds may be spent on activities or costs that occur outside of the defined grant performance period. Any FY2018 LE SHSP funds not properly spent within the performance period will be de-obligated by Ohio EMA for re-obligation to other eligible grant recipients. There will be no extensions to the grant performance period without clear extenuating circumstances.

Demonstrating progress Fiscal agents will be held accountable for meeting the milestones listed in the project application. While there will be a level of flexibility extended, obvious or repetitive lack of progress towards completion of grant funded activities will result in de-obligation of funds. Any de-obligated funds will be re-programmed by the state to projects that can be completed within the period of performance. Standards for Financial Management Sub-recipients are required by 2 CFF 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards to have in place an accounting system that maintains records which adequately identify the source and application of funds provided for grant funded projects. The accounting system must include information pertaining to sub-grant awards, obligations, un-obligated balances, assets, liabilities, outlays or expenditures and income. Ohio EMA requirements for sub-recipient accounting include the ability to track expenditures by grant program and by federal fiscal of the award (i.e. FY2009 CCP, FY2010 CCP, etc.).

  • PERFORMANCE PERIOD This Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Oct 01 2020 and ends Sep 30 2022. All services under this Agreement must be rendered within this performance period, unless directly specified under a written change or extension provisioned under Article 14, which shall be fully executed by both parties to this Agreement.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Pay In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Performance Measurement Satisfactory performance of this Contract will be measured by:

  • Payout At the commencement of the period of leave, the College shall pay to the participant the moneys standing to his/her credit less any premiums or contributions deducted for the year, except as may otherwise be mutually agreed, it being understood that interest is not earned for the period of leave.
