GRANT OF THE LEASE. 1.1 The Seller, as delegate of the Planning and Land Authority and on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia will grant, or will procure the grant of, the Lease to the Buyer on Completion.
GRANT OF THE LEASE. 8.1.1 The Lease and a counterpart of it shall be duly executed by the Lessee on the execution of this Agreement and shall be held in escrow by the Lessor’s Solicitors pending execution by the Lessor and delivery from escrow in accordance with this Agreement.
GRANT OF THE LEASE. The Lease will be granted within 10 business days after the date of practical completion and any other handover conditions. On completion of the Lease, the Landlord will provide the Tenant with all operating documents e.g. Health and Safety Manual, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, as-built drawings and other information to be agreed between Landlord and Tenant. Termination of the Agreement: Mechanism to be provided for whereby, in the event that the Council is unable to fulfil its obligations (i.e. it cannot complete the Works within the relevant time period), the Tenant can terminate the agreement. GRANT OF THE LEASE. 3.1 Immediately prior to completion of the sale of the Property, the Seller will grant to the Tenant the Lease and procure that the Tenant and the Guarantor enter into the Lease and will procure completion of the same. The Seller shall deliver the Counterpart Lease duly executed by the Tenant and the Guarantor to the Buyer on completion and the Seller shall procure that the Lease is submitted for registration to the Land Registry and any Stamp Duty Land Tax is paid thereon immediately following completion of the Lease. The title document will be forwarded to the Buyer's Conveyancer following registration of the Lease and the Seller will satisfy any requisitions arising from the Land Registry in accordance with clause 13.

GRANT OF THE LEASE. (1) On the Lease Completion Date the Landlord shall grant and GPL shall procure the grant of and the Tenant shall accept a lease of the Property for a term of 5 years from the Term Commencement Date in the Agreed Form and the parties will enter into the Side Deed.
