Common use of Grant of Security Clause in Contracts

Grant of Security. Each Grantor hereby assigns to Secured Party, and hereby grants to Secured Party a security interest in, all of such Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following, in each case whether now or hereafter existing, whether tangible or intangible, or in which such Grantor now has or hereafter acquires an interest and wherever the same may be located (the "COLLATERAL"):

Each Grantor hereby assigns to Secured Party, and hereby grants to Secured Party Party, a security interest in, in all of such Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following, in each case whether now or hereafter existing, whether tangible or intangible, or in which such Grantor now has or hereafter acquires an interest and wherever the same may be located (the "COLLATERALCollateral"):

Grant of Security. Each Grantor hereby collaterally assigns to Secured Party, and hereby grants to Secured Party a security interest in, all of such Grantor's ’s right, title and interest in and to all of the followingpersonal property of such Grantor (other than Avoidance Actions (as defined in the Credit Agreement)), in each case whether now or hereafter existing, whether tangible or intangible, or in which such Grantor whether now has owned or hereafter acquires an interest and acquired, wherever the same may be located and whether or not subject to the UCC, including all Assigned Agreements and the following (the "COLLATERAL"“Collateral”):
