Common use of Grant of Security Clause in Contracts

Grant of Security. Each Grantor hereby grants to the Collateral Agent, its successors and assigns, for the benefit of the Secured Parties a continuing security interest in all of the Grantor’s right, title and interest in, to and under the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright Licenses, including the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright Licenses set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

Grant of Security. Each Grantor hereby ratifies and affirms the Security Interest granted to the Collateral Agent in the Security Agreement and hereby further grants to the Collateral Agent, its successors and assigns, for the benefit of the Secured Parties a continuing security interest in all of the Grantor’s right, title and interest in, to and under the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright LicensesCopyrights, including the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright Licenses set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

Grant of Security. Each Grantor hereby grants to the Noteholder Collateral Agent, its successors and assigns, Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties a continuing security interest in all of the such Grantor’s right, title and interest in, in and to the following (the “Collateral”): the patents and under the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright Licenses, including the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright Licenses patent applications set forth on in Schedule A attached hereto.hereto (the “Patents”);

Each Grantor hereby ratifies and affirms the Security Interest granted to the Collateral Agent in the Security Agreement and hereby further grants to the Collateral Agent, its successors and assigns, for the benefit of the Secured Parties a continuing security interest in all of the Grantor’s right, title and interest in, to and under the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright LicensesPatents, including the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright Licenses Patents set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

Each Grantor hereby grants to the Collateral Agent, its successors and assigns, for the ratable benefit of the Holders of Secured Parties Obligations, a continuing security interest in all of the such Grantor’s 's right, title and interest inin and to the patents, to trademarks, copyrights and under the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright Licenses, including the Copyrights and exclusive Copyright Licenses license agreements set forth on in Schedule A attached heretohereto (the "Additional Collateral").
