Common use of Grant of RSUs Clause in Contracts

Grant of RSUs. (a) The Company hereby grants the number of RSUs set forth in the Essential Grant Terms (as defined below) to the Participant set forth in the Essential Grant Terms, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. This grant is made pursuant to the terms of the Amended and Restated Accenture plc 2010 Share Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), which Plan, as amended from time to time, is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement (as defined below). Each RSU represents the unfunded, unsecured right of the Participant to receive and retain a Share on the date(s) specified herein, subject to the conditions specified herein. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Plan.
