Grant of Licenses. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subject to End User’s compliance with all obligations including payment of all applicable fees, Software provided to End User by Sandvine, together with the generally available Documentation, is licensed to End User subject to one of the following types of non-exclusive and non-transferable (except as otherwise expressly permitted herein) license:
