Common use of Grant of Exclusive Agreement Clause in Contracts

Grant of Exclusive Agreement. City hereby grants to Contractor, on the terms and 475 conditions set forth herein, the exclusive right and privilege to collect, remove and dispose of, in a lawful 476 manner, Garbage and Organic Waste accumulating in the City’s Service Area that are required to be 477 accumulated and offered for collection to the Contractor in accordance with the City’s Municipal Code, for 478 the Term of and within the scope set forth in this Agreement.

City hereby grants to Contractor, on the terms and 475 conditions set forth herein, the exclusive Exclusive Franchise, right and privilege to collect, remove and dispose of, in a lawful 476 manner, Garbage Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Waste Materials accumulating in the City’s Service Area that are required to be 477 accumulated and offered for collection to the Contractor in accordance with the City’s Municipal Code, for 478 the Term of and within the scope set forth in this Agreement.
