Common use of Grant of Easements Clause in Contracts

Grant of Easements. Declarant hereby grants to the owners of each Lot, their respective heirs, successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, perpetual easement for shared driveway purposes, upon over and across that part of Lots 28, 29 and 30 legally described and depicted on Exhibit A, hereinafter the "Easement Area."

Grant of Easements.
