Common use of Grant of Easements Clause in Contracts

Grant of Easements. Before starting to construct the Offsite Facilities, Owner must have acquired, at no cost to the City, all wastewater easements necessary for the Offsite Facilities. Owner shall grant the easements for the Offsite Facilities provided to the City as required in § 3.10 in the form attached as Exhibit D. The City shall record the easements in the deed records of Xxxx County, Texas. The City acknowledges that some or all of the Wastewater Infrastructure may be located in existing public rights-of-way that do not have to be acquired by Owner.
