Common use of Grant of Authority Clause in Contracts

Grant of Authority. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Cable Law, the LFA hereby grants the Franchisee the right to own, construct, operate and maintain a Cable System along the Public Rights-of-Way within the Franchise Area, in order to provide Cable Service. No privilege or power of eminent domain is bestowed by this grant; nor is such a privilege or power bestowed by this Agreement.

Grant of Authority. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Cable LawCommunications Act, the LFA hereby grants the Franchisee the right to own, construct, operate operate, and maintain a Cable System along the Public Rights-of-Way within the Franchise Area, in order to provide Cable Service. No privilege or power of eminent domain is bestowed by this grant; nor is such a privilege or power bestowed by this Agreement.

Grant of Authority. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Cable Law, the LFA hereby grants the Franchisee the right to own, construct, operate and maintain a Cable System along the Public Rights-of-Way and such other areas within the Franchise AreaArea where authorized by private or public property owners or applicable law, if such authorization is necessary, in order to provide Cable Service, and for other lawful uses. No privilege or power of eminent domain is bestowed by this grant; nor is such a privilege or power bestowed by this Agreement.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Cable Law, upon the approval of this Agreement by the Xxxx Arundel County Council, the LFA hereby grants the will grant Franchisee the right to own, construct, operate and maintain a the Cable System along within the Public Rights-of-Way within the Franchise Area, in order to provide for the sole purpose of providing Cable Service. No privilege or power of eminent domain is bestowed by this grant; nor is such a privilege or power bestowed by this Agreement.2: GRANT OF AUTHORITY; LIMITS AND RESERVATIONS
