Hours of Work and Scheduling Provisions (b) In the event an Employee is scheduled to work on the evening or night Shift(s) on the day(s) or the night Shift commencing on the day(s) on which the Employee is called as a juror or witness in matters arising out of the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee shall be granted a leave of absence for those scheduled Shift(s).
These Terms and Conditions I understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each personal account opened for me at the Credit Union and that I should read and retain them. They replace all prior Terms and Conditions of Financial Services for personal accounts. I understand you may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. PLACE AND CONDITION OF WORK The City shall provide the Contractor access to the sites where the Contractor is to perform the services as required in order for the Contractor to perform the services in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with and subject to the applicable security laws, rules, and regulations. The Contractor acknowledges that it has satisfied itself as to the nature of the City’s service requirements and specifications, the location and essential characteristics of the work sites, the quality and quantity of materials, equipment, labor and facilities necessary to perform the services, and any other condition or state of fact which could in any way affect performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the contract. The Contractor hereby releases and holds the City harmless from and against any liability or claim for damages of any kind or nature if the actual site or service conditions differ from expected conditions. The contractor shall, at all times, exercise reasonable precautions for the safety of their employees, City Staff, participants and others on or near the City’s facilities.
COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.
CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. For the duration of an Authorized User Agreement, the Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license duration, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits). PROTECTION OF DATA, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SOFTWARE Contractor is responsible for providing physical and logical security for all Data, infrastructure (e.g. hardware, networking components, physical devices), and software related to the services the Contractor is providing under the Authorized User Agreement. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.
CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS This section sets forth the terms and conditions of the Contract.
Extended Terms The Term of this Agreement may be extended by the Manager if the Resident applies in writing for an “Extension” in accordance with the Managers published policies about Term Extensions. Extensions are subject to availability. Priority will be given to Residents travelling from great distances, who demonstrate a special need, or who are enrolled in orientation or academic programs that begin early or continue beyond the Residence Term. Extensions may also be granted for any ‘Early Move-In’, ‘Late Move-Out’ or ‘Summer Residence’ programs offered by the Manager. Residents granted Extensions are subject to the fees detailed in Table 3. Any Resident found occupying a Room outside of the Term without approval from the Manager are subject to additional fees over and above those detailed in Table 3. Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.
Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.
Common Terms In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Common Terms and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail, subject always to compliance with clause 10 (Non-Petition and Limited Recourse) of the Common Terms.
