Common use of Grant Amount Clause in Contracts

Grant Amount. CI, as administrator of the CEPF, agrees to make available to the Grantee, grant funds from the CEPF, in a total amount not to exceed United States Dollars (US$_ _) (the "Grant") for the purpose and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In all cases the use of the funds shall conform to the restrictions and limitations described in this Agreement and in the Procurement Policies and Procedures (Attachment 2).
