Grammatical Construction. Throughout this Agreement, where such meanings would be appropriate, (a) any pronouns used herein shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms (e.g., references to "he" shall also include "she" and "it" and references to "who" and "whom" shall also include "which"), (b) the plural form of nouns and pronouns shall include the singular and vice-versa, (c) reference to a Section means a Section of this Agreement, and (d) the word "including" means "including, without limitation," whether expressly stated or not.
