Incoterms a) Unless inconsistent with any provision of the Contract, the meaning of any trade term and the rights and obligations of parties thereunder shall be as prescribed by Incoterms specified in the SCC.
Use of Subcontractors Nothing in this Appendix 2 shall prevent the Interconnection Parties from utilizing the services of subcontractors as they deem appropriate to perform their respective obligations hereunder, provided, however, that each Interconnection Party shall require its subcontractors to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of this Appendix 2 in providing such services.

DELIVERY AND PUBLISHING 4.1. Xxxxxxx Science offers publishing via a variety of methods. The parties agree that, at a minimum, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Work shall be published in the subscription journal specified, in Schedule 3: Publishing. PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging.

TECHNICAL GUIDANCE LETTERS In the sole discretion of the System Agency, and in conformance with federal and state law, the System Agency may issue instructions, clarifications, or interpretations as may be required during work performance in the form of a Technical Guidance Letter (TGL). A TGL must be in writing, and may be delivered by regular mail, electronic mail, or facsimile transmission. Any TGL issued by the System Agency will be incorporated into the Contract by reference for all purposes when it is issued.
