Grading Procedures. All Dual Credit Faculty will follow the University Grading System as well as the grading criteria in the department approved syllabus.
Grading Procedures. Approved procedures for the evaluation of student progress and the reporting of such shall be made available to principals for distribution to teachers. If the approved procedures provide for optional reporting forms, the local school principal and faculty, working cooperatively with the administration, shall be allowed to select those they find most appropriate. Teachers shall have the right and responsibility to determine grades and student promotions. An administrative change in a teacher's decision on grade or promotion shall not be made without prior consultation with the teacher. A teacher may request that the decision of the principal or the results of the consultation be reviewed by the appropriate tier level administrator. Grades shall be recorded on official school records including report cards and permanent student records in the manner prescribed by the central administration. Teachers may use percentage and/or letter grades for individual record keeping in grade books. If the teacher's individual method of record keeping varies from the method prescribed for the official recording, an explanation or key shall be filed with the building principal before the first grading period. Due to the possibility that students enrolled in the School may return to the regular public school system, the School shall utilize a records and grading procedure that is consistent with the Sponsor’s current records and grading procedures, except report cards will be issued three (3) times a year.

At the end of the academic term, based on your letter grade and the outcome of your honors assignment, your instructor will determine if honors credit will be granted for the course. Your instructor is the sole judge of whether honors credit will be earned. As a general rule, honors credit will be granted if: You were enrolled in the ACES Xxxxx Scholar Honors Program and/or the Campus Honors Program (Chancellor’s Scholars) during the academic term in which you took the course. You have completed the honors assignment successfully. You earned a grade of at least B- in the course. An H grade is chosen by the instructor in Web for Faculty.

All Dual Adjunct Faculty will follow the College Grading System as stated in the College’s Statewide Operating Standard ES.4.06, Grading System (xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/governance/es) as well as the grading criteria in the department-approved syllabus. A student must earn a grade of C or better in a WECM course to pass.

Grading Procedures. You Co-op grade is the average of three parts: Your on-the-job grade which is a quarterly evaluation from your employer and your weekly written log grade that is given by your Co-op Coordinator, required weekly meeting with co-op coordinator.
