Grade Scale. This is subject to change, and will only be made to improve letter grades to adjust for the difficulty of the course. A A− B+ B B− C+ C C− D F Grading Breakdown:: • Class Participation (10%) - You will be evaluated weekly by your group and the instructor for how well you participated in class activities. • Reports (50%) - There will be 5-6 reports in this class, one for each model discussed. These will be graded based on formatting, how well you responded to review comments, and overall quality of the report. Please see the rubric at the end of the syllabus for details in what is expect in these reports. • Peer Review Reports (20%) - For every report, your group will be asked to review one or two other groups’ reports. These reviews will be graded on formatting and the quality/thoughtfulness of your comments and criticisms. Please see the rubric at the end of the syllabus for details in what is expect in these reports. • Final Report (15%) There will be a final group project in the class. It will be similar to the other reports from the class however there will not be any review process.   • WITHIN GRADE INCREASES Section 1. This Article and appropriate law, regulation or procedure governs within grade step increases.

  • WORKING TEST PERIOD Section One. The Working Test Period shall be deemed an extension of the examination process. Therefore, a determination of unsatisfactory performance during a Working Test Period shall be tantamount to a failure of the competitive exam.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Grade of Service An overall blocking standard of one percent (1%) during the average busy hour, as defined by each Party’s standards, for final trunk groups between a CLEC end office and a Sprint access Tandem carrying meet point traffic shall be maintained. All other Tandem trunk groups are to be engineered with a blocking standard of one percent (1%). Direct end office trunk groups are to be engineered with a blocking standard of one percent (1%).

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.) SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2556

  • Scheduled Outages (a) Commencing at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall, no later than January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year, submit to SCE, using the Web Client, Seller’s schedule of proposed planned outages (“Outage Schedule”) for the subsequent twenty-four month period.
