Common use of Governmental Immunity Clause in Contracts

Governmental Immunity. No term or condition of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, either express or implied, of the monetary limits, notice requirements, immunities, rights, benefits, defenses, limitations and protections available to County under any applicable law, including but not limited to the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. 00-00-000, et. seq., as currently written or hereafter amended or implemented.

Governmental Immunity. No term or condition of this Agreement contract shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, either express or implied, of any of the monetary limits, notice requirements, immunities, rights, benefits, defensesprotections or other provisions, limitations and protections available to County under any applicable law, including but not limited to of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. Act §§00-00-000, et. 000 et seq., as currently written applicable now or hereafter amended or implementedamended.

Governmental Immunity. No term or condition of It is specifically understood and agreed that nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, either an express or implied, implied waiver by the District of any of the monetary limits, notice requirements, immunities, rights, benefits, defensesprotections, limitations and protections available to County under any applicable law, including but not limited to or other provisions of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. §§ 00-00-000, et. 000 et seq., as currently written now or hereafter amended or implementedamended.

Section 00-00-000000 and following, et. seq.C.R.S., as currently written amended, or hereafter amended or implementedany other applicable law.
