Common use of Governmental Immunity Clause in Contracts

Governmental Immunity. The Town and its officers, attorneys and employees, are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town and its officers, attorneys or employees.

Governmental Immunity. The Town County and its officers, attorneys and employees, employees are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or immunities, and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town County and its officers, attorneys or employees.

The Town District and its officers, attorneys and employees, employees are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or immunities, and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 0024- 10-00-000101, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town District and its officers, attorneys or employees.

The Town and its officers, attorneys and employeesemployees and the Grantee and its officers, attorneys and employees are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or immunities, and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 0024- 10-00-000101, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town parties and its their respective officers, attorneys or employees.

Governmental Immunity. The Town TOWN and its officers, attorneys attorneys, and employees, employees are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town TOWN and its officers, attorneys or employees.
