Governmental Filing or Grant Fees. Except as otherwise specified herein, any filing or grant fees imposed by any governmental authority, the consent of which is required for the transactions contemplated hereby, shall be paid by the party making such filing, except that the filing fees incurred pursuant to Article 4 in connection with the FCC Application, shall be borne equally by Buyer and Seller.
