Common use of Governmental Contracts Clause in Contracts

Governmental Contracts. (a) None of the Credit Parties has knowledge of (i) an existing Organizational Conflict of Interest, as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”) 2.101, that has not been resolved through an appropriate mitigation plan or (ii) circumstances that could be reasonably likely to negatively affect in any material respects the Credit Parties’ ability to be awarded government contracts similar to those which any of the Credit Parties is currently performing.
