Common use of Governmental Consents and Filings Clause in Contracts

Governmental Consents and Filings. Assuming the accuracy of the representations made by the Seller in Section 3 of this Agreement, no consent, approval, order or authorization of, or registration, qualification, designation, declaration or filing with, any national, provincial, municipal, local, autonomous region and Governmental Authority is required on the part of the Purchaser in connection with the consummation of the Transactions.
