Common use of Governmental Certificates Clause in Contracts

Governmental Certificates. Certificate of the appropriate governmental officials of the state of incorporation or organization of Borrower and each Guarantor as to the existence and good standing of such party, each dated within ten (10) days prior to the date hereof;

Governmental Certificates.
