Common use of Governmental Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authorizations. This Agreement, including its future amendments is subject to the initial and continuing governmental authorizations, including approval of the FERC, required to establish, operate and maintain the Interconnection Facilities as herein specified. Each Party shall take all actions necessary and reasonably within its control to maintain all governmental rights and approvals required to perform its respective obligations under this Agreement.
