Common use of Governmental Authority Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authority. Any federal, state, local or other governmental, regulatory or administrative agency, court, commission, department, board, or other governmental subdivision, legislature, rulemaking board, tribunal, arbitrating body, or other governmental authority having jurisdiction over any Interconnection Party or Construction Party or regarding any matter relating to an Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, as applicable.

Governmental Authority. Any Any“Governmental Authority” shall mean any federal, state, local or other governmental, regulatory or administrative agency, court, commission, department, board, or other governmental subdivision, legislature, rulemaking board, tribunal, arbitrating body, or other governmental authority having jurisdiction over any Interconnection Party or Construction Party or regarding any matter relating to an Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, as applicable.

Governmental Authority. Any any federal, state, local municipal, foreign or other governmentalgovernmental department, agency, commission, board, bureau, court, tribunal, instrumentality, political subdivision, or other entity or officer exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative agency, functions for or pertaining to any government or court, commissionin each case whether associated with the United States, departmenta state, boarddistrict or territory thereof, or other governmental subdivision, legislature, rulemaking board, tribunal, arbitrating body, a foreign entity or other governmental authority having jurisdiction over any Interconnection Party or Construction Party or regarding any matter relating to an Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, government. Guarantor Payment: as applicabledefined in Section 5.11.3.

Governmental Authority. Any federal, state, county, city, local or other governmentalgovernmental entity, regulatory authority or administrative agency, court, commissiontribunal, department, board, regulatory commission or other governmental subdivision, legislature, rulemaking board, tribunal, arbitrating body, whether legislative, judicial or other governmental authority having jurisdiction over executive (or a combination or permutation thereof), and any Interconnection Party arbitrator to whom a dispute has been presented under Applicable Law or Construction Party or regarding any matter relating to by agreement of the Parties with an Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, as applicableinterest in such dispute.

Governmental Authority. Any federal, state, local or foreign government, any other governmental, regulatory governmental or administrative agency, courtquasi-governmental authority, commission, department, instrumentality or body, court, arbitrator or administrative board, or other governmental subdivision, legislature, rulemaking board, tribunal, arbitrating body, or other governmental authority having jurisdiction over any Interconnection Party or Construction Party or regarding political subdivision of any matter relating to an Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, as applicableof the foregoing.
