Common use of Governmental Acts Clause in Contracts

Governmental Acts. City is a government entity, and City has all rights, powers, and privileges afforded to it under Laws and Regulations. Tenant agrees that Tenant is subject to any lawful governmental act of City without regard to the provisions of this Agreement.
