Government Resources. (a) The Government shall provide or cause to be provided such Government funds and other resources, and shall take or cause to be taken such actions, including obtaining all necessary approvals and consents, as are specified in this Compact or in any Supplemental Agreement to which the Government is a party or as are otherwise necessary and appropriate to effectively carry out the Government Responsibilities or other responsibilities or obligations of the Government under or in furtherance of this Compact during the Compact Term and through the completion of any post-Compact Term activities, audits or other responsibilities.

Government Resources. (i) The Government shall provide all funds and other resources, and shall take all actions, that are necessary to carry out the Government’s responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement, and to ensure timely and efficient completion of the Compact development process.

The Government shall disburse funds on a quarterly basis from this committed amount into an account, held at a bank acceptable to MCC, designated solely for this purpose.

  • Government End Users The Apple Software and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.   • Government Use If the Software, Documentation, Materials and any other Licensor services are being or have been acquired with U.S. Federal Government funds, or Customer is an agency, department, or other entity of the United States Government ("Government"), the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Software or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, manuals or Materials, is restricted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.212 for civilian agencies and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202 for military agencies. The Software, Materials, and any Licensor services are COMMERCIAL ITEMS AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. Use of the Software and Materials by the Government is further restricted according to the Agreement and any amendment hereto.

  • Government Procurement ARTICLE 6.1

  • Government Facilities ‌ The Contactor shall arrange with the OCO or other designated representative for means of access to premises, delivery and storage of materials and equipment, use of approaches, use of corridors, stairways, elevators, and similar matters. A Contractor working in a government facility shall be responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity and shall be responsible for taking disciplinary action with respect to their employees as necessary. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that their employees do not disturb papers on desks, open desk drawers or cabinets, or use Government telephones, except as authorized. Each employee is expected to adhere to standards of behavior that reflect favorably on their employer and the Federal Government. The Contactor shall ensure that all of its employees, including Subcontractor employees, working under XXXXX are informed of the substance of this clause.

  • Government Entities If You are a U.S. Government entity, then Your use, duplication or disclosure of the Software is subject to the following restricted rights clause: The Software is a “Commercial Item,” as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “commercial computer Licensed Software” and “computer software documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §252.227-7014(a)(1) and 48 C.F.R. §252.227-7014(a)(5), respectively, and used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 and 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable, and all as amended from time to time. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 and 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, and other relevant sections of the Code of Federal Regulations, as applicable, and all as amended from time to time, all U.S. Government entities license the Software (i) only as Commercial Items, and (ii) with only the rights explicitly set forth in this License Agreement and the Sales Order.
