Common use of GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. Sublessee shall procure from all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the operations of Sublessee at the Subleased Premises, all licenses, certificates, permits or other authorization which may be necessary for the conduct of its operations. Sublessee shall also at all times promptly observe, comply with, and execute the provisions of any and all present and future governmental laws, rules, regulations, requirements, orders and directives which may apply to the operations of Sublessee on the Subleased Premises or its occupancy thereof.
