GOVERNMENT PROVISIONS. When the Licensed Works are to be furnished to the United States Government, or, to an End User for use on a subcontract under a United States Government prime contract (collectively a "Government Contract"), Vendor agrees to comply with provisions that are contained in the Government Contract, insofar as Cadence is required by law or regulations to flow down or otherwise make such provisions applicable to Vendor as a supplier/subcontractor of Cadence.
