Common use of GOVERNMENT PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT PROPERTY. ‌ For task orders awarded under XXXXX, Government property matters shall follow the same policies and procedures for Government property under FAR Part 45, Government Property and other applicable agency specific regulatory supplements. FAR Part 45 does not apply to Government property that is incidental to the place of performance, when the task order requires Contractor personnel to be located on a Government site or installation, and when the property used by the Contractor within the location remains accountable to the Government.
