Common use of Government Orders Clause in Contracts

Government Orders. No U.S. federal or state governmental authority or agency or commission or U.S. federal or state court of competent jurisdiction shall have enacted, issued, promulgated, enforced or entered any law, rule, regulation, executive order, decree, injunction or other order that is then in effect and has the effect of making illegal the issuance of the Shares by the Company as contemplated hereby.
