Government Licenses, Permits, and Approvals. Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals which are required by any Governmental Authority with respect to this Agreement and the Business of Licensee, and to comply with any requirements of such Governmental Authorities. Licensee shall furnish Licensor and/or its Affiliates written evidence from such Governmental Authorities of any such licenses, permits, clearances, authorizations, or regulatory approvals at Licensor’s request.

Government Licenses, Permits, and Approvals. Each Party, at its sole expense, shall be responsible for complying with any requirements of a Governmental Authority applicable to such Party with respect to this Agreement. Each Party shall provide the other Party with all documents reasonably requested by the other Party, at such requesting Party’s expense, in order to perform its obligations under this Section 6.2. Each Party shall furnish the other Party and/or its Affiliates written evidence from such regulatory authorities of any such licenses, permits, clearances, authorizations, or regulatory approvals at the other Party’s request and expense.

  • Licenses, Permits and Approvals Seller has not received any written notice, and Seller has no knowledge that the Property fails to comply with all applicable licenses, permits and approvals and federal, state or local statutes, laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, requirements and codes including, without limitation, those regarding zoning, land use, building, fire, health, safety, environmental, subdivision, water quality, sanitation controls and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and similar rules and regulations relating and/or applicable to the ownership, use and operation of the Property as it is now operated.
